Yes, your VPS resource is shared with other VPS, especially Processor and Bandwidth, while Memory RAM and Storage are not shared.
Can i install another OS other than Windows?
Currently we only offer VPS with Windows OS. Wait for our next news.
Can I ask to install another version of Windows?
No, currently Floio only offers OS with Windows Server 2019
Do I need to pay for another Windows license?
No, the VPS price includes a Windows license
How do I restart the server via the client page?
There are currently no control panels available to restart from the member area. You can open a support ticket or email us at info@floio.net
How much bandwidth do I get?
Up to 1 Gbps
What is the difference between NVMe storage and SSD?
NVMe has a speed of 10x faster than SSD and 40x faster than ordinary Hard disk.
Why does it have to be NVMe?
With NVMe your VPS speed will be much faster than traditional VPS in general, even with a low VPS specification, the VPS speed is almost the same as the VPS speed with a regular SSD with a higher processor.

Yes, you can pay by credit card on PAYPAL payments, at the bottom of the Paypal "Pay with Debit card / Credit Card" page
Can I rent VPS per hour?
No, the minimum rent is 1 month
Can I request a cancellation and refund?
Yes, the first 24 hours you can request a cancellation and refund.
Is it possible after 24 hours to request cancellation and refund?
No, our rules after 24 hours you have paid at least 1 month.
